Rachel Uchitel recently showcased the results of her “skinny BBL” in a series of filter-free bikini photos, drawing attention to her non-surgical enhancement. The 50-year-old host of the podcast “Miss Understood with Rachel Uchitel” openly discussed her choice to undergo the procedure, performed by cosmetic surgeon Dr. Robert Dorfman. In her social media post on January 6, she emphasized the authenticity of her appearance, stating, “No angles, no tricks. What you’re seeing is exactly how my body looks in real life.”
The former public figure, known for her past relationship with golfer Tiger Woods, took to the beach in a green string bikini, showcasing her enhanced curves. She confidently posed with her back to the camera and even performed a handstand, demonstrating her physical transformation. Uchitel acknowledged the stigma surrounding cosmetic procedures, declaring her intent to inspire others: “If sharing what I did helps another woman feel good in her body, I’m happy to be honest about it.”
Uchitel detailed her journey toward enhancing her figure, revealing that she had explored various options. Despite maintaining a nutritious diet and exercising at least four times a week, she felt that her desired “lift” was not achievable naturally. “No matter what I did, that lift just wasn’t happening,” she explained.
Deciding on a Less Invasive Solution
Before marrying businessman Dan Donovan, Uchitel sought a natural enhancement. “I wanted nothing overdone, nothing dramatic,” she stated. Her goal was simply to achieve a more “fit and athletic” look. After consulting with several top plastic surgeons, each advised against traditional Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery due to her low body fat percentage and the associated recovery time.
Instead, she opted for a less invasive procedure just one week prior to her wedding on December 31, 2025, at their newly renovated home in Palm Beach, Florida. “I looked into different sculpting injections, researched all the options, and that’s how I found Dr. Dorfman,” she said, highlighting her decision as a quick, painless alternative. “I was out with a new butt in less than half an hour. No incisions. No downtime. It feels completely real, and it lasts about three years.”
Uchitel expressed newfound confidence following her procedure, stating, “My butt hasn’t looked this good since I was 21—and I’m 50!” She also mentioned that her husband can attest to the natural feel of her enhancement.
A Memorable Wedding Celebration
In an interview with People magazine on January 2, Uchitel described her wedding day as warm and celebratory, surrounded by family and friends. The couple exchanged vows in front of 130 guests, enjoying a lively welcome party at HMF Lounge and a celebration aboard their 48-foot Tiara yacht.
Uchitel’s candidness about her cosmetic procedure and her joyous wedding reflects her commitment to embracing her body and celebrating personal milestones. As she continues to share her journey, her openness may resonate with many individuals navigating similar choices about body image and self-acceptance.
