Travelers Jordi Lippe-McGraw and her family embarked on this long-haul journey, prioritizing comfort as essential for their 7-year-old son. Utilizing a deal that allowed them to book business-class seats for just 80,000 points each through Air Canada, they managed to reduce the typical fare of over $15,000 down to around $300 total in taxes and fees. This cost-effective solution made the luxury of business class more accessible.
Upon boarding the Airbus A350-900, the family was impressed by the spaciousness of the seats, measuring around 28 inches wide. Each seat featured multiple compartments for personal items, allowing for organized storage—an essential factor for traveling families.
The entertainment system stood out as well, with the ability to control settings via the seatback screen or a remote. Complimentary noise-canceling headphones enhanced the viewing experience, ensuring distractions were minimized.
