Texas Authorities Arrest Suspected Illegal Alien for Child Solicitation

URGENT UPDATE: A 26-year-old woman, identified as Susanna Mendoza, has been arrested in Texas for allegedly sending nude photos to a 12-year-old boy. The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) confirmed the arrest, which occurred around 4:26 p.m. on November 13, 2025, following reports from the boy’s parents.

Authorities say Mendoza is facing charges of solicitation of a minor after she allegedly attempted to entice the boy with explicit images and vulgar text messages. The boy, who has since turned 13, was reportedly targeted in this disturbing case that has raised serious concerns about child safety.

The JCSO launched an investigation after receiving the initial report, leading to Mendoza’s apprehension. Officials suspect that Mendoza may be in the U.S. illegally, as she allegedly threatened to flee the country. The sheriff’s office has stated they will be contacting federal authorities regarding her immigration status.

This incident comes in the wake of a nationwide crackdown on illegal alien sex offenders. Just days prior, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the results of Operation Dirtbag, which led to the arrests of over 150 illegal aliens in Florida, many of whom were charged with serious crimes against minors.

“Operation Dirtbag” specifically targeted individuals with convictions for sexual assault, child exploitation, and other violent crimes. Among those arrested were two illegal aliens, Andrii Kurbatov from Ukraine and Frank Rene Gacita Borges from Cuba, both facing serious charges related to child sexual abuse.

The JCSO has not provided further comments, and attempts to reach U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for additional information have been unsuccessful. As the investigation continues, officials urge the community to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity involving minors.

Developments in this case will likely prompt further discussions about child safety and immigration enforcement. Authorities emphasize the importance of acting swiftly to protect children in potentially dangerous situations.
