Willadean was the daughter of Willard and Leona Galbreath and was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Nora Galbreath. She is survived by her husband, Kirk, and their sons: Kirk De Franco Jr (Patricia), Christopher De Franco of Willits, and Dana De Franco (Chonna) of Madera, California. Willadean also leaves behind her siblings, Eileen Duarte of Santa Barbara, Dawn Jeffus of Donnelly, Idaho, and Scott Galbreath of Pomona, along with 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In 1979, Willadean and her family moved to Willits, California. She became an integral part of the community, working at various local establishments, including the old Brooktrails Lodge, Rexall Drugs, and the Bank of Willits.
