Strengthening National Health Services
The collaboration will focus on bolstering Greece’s National Health Information Line (**1566**), which serves as the primary contact point for millions seeking assistance with healthcare navigation. By integrating artificial intelligence into the triage and coordination processes, the Greek government aims to achieve several key objectives. These include expanding capacity, improving response times across the nation, and providing consistent support during periods of increased demand.
The initiative also seeks to relieve pressure on hospitals, significantly reducing wait times for patients.
