During the questioning, Michael J. Gottlieb, Lively’s attorney, inquired whether Baldoni had shared information about his circumcision in the context of discussing whether Lively’s baby would be circumcised. Baldoni responded affirmatively, stating, “Yes,” but clarified that Lively did not directly ask him about his own circumcision status.
Baldoni described the atmosphere in the room at the time, indicating it was bustling with activity. He noted, “There were people going all around. Mr. [Ryan] Reynolds was in and out of the conversation. She had, I think, two nannies… I felt like there was a housekeeper there.” He added that multiple assistants were also present during this conversation, creating a lively setting.
