Spector, a talented soprano, is well-recognized for her achievements, including being a three-time District Winner of the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition. This latest position marks a significant step in her career, allowing her to leverage her experience both on stage and behind the scenes.
Throughout her career, Spector has demonstrated exceptional vocal talent, earning accolades from various prestigious organizations. Her awards include recognitions from the Gerda Lissner Foundation, the SAS Performing Arts Company, and the National Society of Arts and Letters. Additionally, she has been honored with the Camille Coloratura Awards and accolades from the Tuesday Musicale of Detroit.
Spector’s competitive spirit has also led her to success in numerous vocal competitions. She has been a finalist in the Lewisville Lake Symphony, the Rochester International, and the Dorothy Lincoln-Smith Vocal Competitions. Her impressive track record includes being a semi-finalist in the Loren L. Zachary, Annapolis Opera, and James Toland Vocal Arts Competitions.
Extensive Performance Background
In addition to her achievements in competitions, Spector has graced the stages of numerous esteemed organizations. Her performances include collaborations with the Detroit Opera, Eugene Opera, and the Stuttgart Philharmonic. She has also participated in the Savannah VOICE Festival, Opera Tampa, Detroit Chamber Winds & Strings, and the Midland Symphony Orchestra.

She has served as a regular panelist on the Metropolitan Opera Quiz during Saturday matinees.
