Arc Beverly Opens Luxurious Coworking and Social Club in Beverly Hills

Arc Beverly has officially opened its doors at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, offering a luxurious coworking space combined with a vibrant social club experience. This new establishment is designed for professionals seeking an alternative to traditional home offices or cubicles, providing an upscale environment that emphasizes both work and leisure.

The project is managed by Good City Studio, a Philadelphia-based design and development firm co-founded by David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter. They bring extensive experience in creating membership-based lifestyle brands, including notable projects like Equinox Hotels and the Fitler Club in Philadelphia. “We look at Arc Beverly as a workspace-focused club because the driving force for membership is the workspace and private suites,” Gutstadt stated.

Innovative Features and Amenities

Spanning 65,000 square feet, Arc Beverly includes a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces such as collaborative work areas, private offices, conference rooms, and two rooftop terraces. The club has undergone significant renovations after transitioning ownership from the previous operator, Spring Place. Ongoing improvements aim to meet the diverse needs of its new members, including tech companies requiring specialized facilities like podcast studios.

A standout aspect of Arc Beverly is its revamped food and beverage program, led by culinary director Victor Totoris, who incorporates his Argentine heritage into the menu. With a focus on quality ingredients, Totoris has eliminated seed oils from the kitchen and produces house-made aiolis. The menu features items such as a chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak with chimichurri, served alongside locally sourced products from purveyors like the Cheese Shop of Beverly Hills.

Available to both members and non-members, the club has quickly become a hotspot for major events in Los Angeles, including the NBA All-Star Weekend and the Oscars. The venue can host intimate dinners, film screenings, and panel discussions, as well as rooftop yoga classes for up to 150 people. With upcoming high-profile events like the 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and 2028 Olympic Games, Arc Beverly is poised to attract significant attention.

Leadership and Membership Options

To oversee daily operations, Arc Beverly has appointed industry veteran Florence Granteral as vice president of club experience and operations. Granteral, who has a strong background in the LA membership club scene, including her tenure at NeueHouse Club Venice, describes Arc Beverly as a business incubator and brand accelerator.

The club offers four membership tiers, with monthly rates starting at $300. Members enjoy access to a range of amenities, including the restaurant, bar, lounges, coworking spaces, and wellness programming. The highest membership tier provides 24/7 access to the facility, while all members benefit from reciprocal privileges through partner clubs worldwide.

As other premium coworking spaces in Los Angeles face challenges—such as the recent closures of Neuehouse locations due to bankruptcy—Arc Beverly has seen a surge in interest. Inquiries have spiked by 50% since these recent developments. “Over the next 12 months, our mission is to build a place where people can work, network, and recharge,” stated Amanda Potter. “It’s a work in progress. The space was beautiful, but we’ve added a cosmetic facelift and functional improvements along with wellness activities.”

With a focus on creating a dynamic environment that blends work and social interaction, Arc Beverly aims to redefine the coworking experience in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the world.
