Kathleen Laurel “Kat, Kathy” Allen (Lunn), a cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully at the age of 72 on November 20, 2025, at her home in Centralia, Washington. Born in 1953 in San Francisco, California, Kathy’s life was marked by her devotion to family and friends.

A Life in Centralia

Kathy spent her formative years in Centralia, where she graduated from Centralia High School in the Class of 1971. Throughout her life, she dedicated herself to her family, creating lasting memories and fostering strong relationships. She was known for her love of bowling, often spending time at Fairlanes Bowl, where she also worked as a cocktail waitress.

Her family remembers her as a nurturing presence. Kathy is survived by her husband, David Allen; her daughter, Billie-Jo; her grandson, David; and her son-in-law, Corey. Family gatherings were a significant part of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones.

Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, grandparents, her brother Robert, and her beloved son, Robert. Her passing leaves a profound impact on those who knew and loved her.
