Empire Chinese Kitchen, situated at 575 Congress St., Portland, will offer takeout from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
In South Portland, China Express, at 1122 Broadway, will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Another option is Lisa’s Restaurant & Lounge in Augusta, where diners can enjoy meals from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Lotus Restaurant in Auburn will feature a buffet starting at 11 a.m., while Rosie’s Restaurant & Pub in Portland will be open for an extended period from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.
