BREAKING: Tyvine Jones, a 25-year-old alleged hitman for a Philadelphia gang, has been arrested in Delaware County after being linked to three brutal murders spanning from 2020 to 2022. Jones was taken into custody on Wednesday at an apartment complex known as the Stratford Court Apartments, according to the US Marshals Service. He was considered one of Philadelphia’s “Most Wanted” due to his alleged involvement in the killings of three individuals, including a 16-year-old, a 20-year-old, and a 23-year-old, all of whom died from gunshot wounds.
Eric Gartner, US Marshal for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, stated, “Tyvine Jones was a significant threat to public safety. His disregard for human life poses a continued threat to the public.” The murders occurred in August 2020, May 2022, and September 2022, with authorities emphasizing the violent nature of these crimes.
The task force, which included US Marshals, Pennsylvania Attorney General agents, and Philadelphia homicide detectives, located Jones after receiving a tip-off about his whereabouts. They surrounded the complex and apprehended him without incident.
