Arc Beverly Unveils Luxurious Coworking Space in Beverly Hills

BREAKING: Arc Beverly has officially launched its upscale coworking office and social club at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, transforming the workspace experience with a blend of luxury and community. This new venue opens its doors today, appealing to professionals seeking a sophisticated alternative to traditional office setups.

Members can now access 65,000 square feet of meticulously designed indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring private offices, collaborative areas, and two stunning rooftop terraces. The facility is not just about work; it offers a vibrant social atmosphere with chef-driven dining options that cater to both members and guests.

Arc Beverly is operated by Good City Studio, founded by David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter. Gutstadt emphasizes that this club is “workspace-focused,” providing a full-service hospitality experience unlike the typical coworking spaces. He stated, “A number of clubs around the country are taking on new identities and ownership as they age. This project is unique compared to the vast majority of serviced workspaces because it has full-service hospitality.”

The club has already begun attracting significant interest, standing out in a market where other premium coworking spaces have closed. Notably, the collapse of Neuehouse and the downsizing of Soho House have created a surge in demand for Arc Beverly, with a reported 50% spike in inquiries since these closures.

Culinary offerings are a major highlight, led by culinary director Victor Totoris, who has crafted a menu inspired by his Argentine heritage. Signature dishes include a chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak with chimichurri, providing a unique dining experience on-site. Totoris has also removed seed oils from the kitchen, reflecting a commitment to healthier cooking practices.

The venue is not just for work; it’s also poised to serve as a hotspot for major events, including the upcoming 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and 2028 Olympic Games. Arc Beverly can host intimate gatherings, film screenings, and even rooftop yoga classes for up to 150 people.

Overseeing daily operations is Florence Granteral, a seasoned expert in the LA membership club scene, who envisions the space as a business incubator and brand accelerator. “Over the next 12 months, our mission is to build a place where people can work, network, and recharge,” said Potter.

Membership tiers start at just $300 per month, giving access to an array of amenities including coworking spaces, cultural programming, and exclusive event rates. Members also enjoy reciprocal privileges at more than 70 clubs worldwide through partnerships.

As Arc Beverly settles into its new role within the community, it promises to redefine the coworking landscape in Beverly Hills. With high-profile events and a dynamic atmosphere, it is set to become a pivotal gathering place for business leaders, social media influencers, and creatives alike.
