BREAKING: A man has been arrested following a shooting incident in Northeast D.C. that left a victim shaken but unharmed. Dominic Lewis Hansberry, aged 40, was apprehended on November 12, 2023, nearly two months after he allegedly fired at a man leaving the 500 block of 60th Street on September 26.
