BREAKING: Nine members of the Pagans motorcycle gang have been arrested following a violent shooting outside a Wawa convenience store in West Norriton, Pennsylvania, on October 17, 2023. According to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, the shooting occurred around 9:10 PM as members of the Unknown Bikers motorcycle gang were refueling their motorcycles. Just minutes later, surveillance footage captured members of the Pagans arriving at the scene, surrounding their rivals and blocking any escape routes.
Investigators reported that a physical altercation ensued, with Pagans attempting to remove the Unknown Bikers’ “cuts,” or gang insignia. Shortly after, gunfire erupted, resulting in chaos. Among the injured were an innocent man shot in the face while inflating his tires and a woman struck in the torso just outside the Wawa doors.
The injuries did not spare gang members either; one member of the Unknown Bikers was shot in the left forearm and thigh. Among the Pagans, Joel Hernandez-Martinez suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, George Cwienk III was shot in the ankle, and Justin Noll sustained a foot injury.
All nine suspects, identified as Justin Noll, Erik Rosenberger, Luke Higgins, Joel Hernandez-Martinez, Jason Lawless, Manuel Baez-Santos, George Cwienk III, Erik Dixon, and George Hripto Jr., face serious charges including twelve felony counts of Aggravated Assault and two counts of Riot.
Bail has been set at $500,000 cash for most suspects, while Noll’s bail is $50,000 unsecured due to ongoing medical treatment.
