The Aggies started strong, quickly establishing a 14-0 lead with two touchdowns from Fisher. However, the Hornets rallied, scoring two touchdowns and taking a brief lead into the second half. The tension mounted as UC Davis entered the fourth quarter trailing 27-17 but responded with grit and determination.
