Urgent: Palo Alto Police Hunt for Man After Disturbing Incident

URGENT UPDATE: Palo Alto police are actively searching for a suspect who allegedly exposed himself to a teenage girl on October 24, 2023, around 4:30 p.m. The incident took place on the north sidewalk of the 100 block of Embarcadero Road as the victim was walking towards Kingsley Avenue.

According to authorities, the suspect approached the victim while showing her his phone and asking for directions. In a disturbing turn, he moved the phone towards his waist, revealing that his pants were undone and he was holding his exposed penis. The victim quickly walked away and reported the incident to the police about 30 minutes later, but officers were unable to locate the suspect upon their arrival.

The suspect is described as an Indian or Middle Eastern man, approximately 30 years old, with thick hair and eyebrows, dark-colored eyes, and a dark brown mustache that connects to his beard. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve, collared button-down shirt and black pants.

This alarming incident has raised concerns among residents, as there have been no recent reports of similar cases in Palo Alto.
