Donations can be made online or via traditional mail to ensure everyone can participate. Benefiting programs include HOPE, which provides essential electricity assistance to struggling residents, and the Northern Community Food Security Team, tackling food scarcity head-on. Other worthy causes include Shop with a Cop, the Wake Forest Firefighters Foundation, and various scholarship programs associated with the Wake Forest Center for Active Aging and Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources.
The drive runs until December 31, meaning there’s still time for community members to make a difference. Donations are versatile; contributors can support multiple programs, with funds divided evenly unless specified otherwise. For instance, a $50 donation to two programs would allocate $25 to each initiative.
