The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) will host a critical class for local real estate professionals on March 26, 2024. The session focuses on enhancing communication skills in the commercial real estate sector and is designed to equip participants with essential technical knowledge, emotional intelligence, and effective negotiation techniques.
Led by CALV member Dianne Simmons, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the class will take place from 13:00 to 16:00 at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building located at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd. This course is part of CALV’s ongoing commitment to provide accredited continuing education tailored for commercial real estate professionals.
Participants who complete the course will earn three hours of general credits toward the renewal of their Nevada real estate license. The cost to attend is $30 for CALV members and institute partners, while non-members can register for $40.
