CAMCO Celebrates Employee Excellence at Annual Recognition Luncheon

Complete Association Management Co. (CAMCO), a prominent homeowner association management company based in Nevada, hosted its annual employee recognition luncheon on December 19, 2025. The event took place at Lawry’s The Prime Rib in Las Vegas and marked nearly two decades of honoring employees for their exceptional service throughout the year.

The luncheon celebrated the contributions of various employees, with notable awards presented to individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance and commitment to the organization. Among the top honorees, Mary Rendina, Vice President of Business Development, received the prestigious President’s Award. Lucille Sanchez, Senior Director of Community Association Management, was named Employee of the Year.

During the event, CAMCO President David Swenson praised the accomplishments of the award winners. He commended Rendina for her integrity and professionalism. “Mary exemplifies integrity and professionalism in everything she does,” Swenson stated. “Her leadership as our vice president of business development has not only advanced our sales growth but has also elevated the culture of our organization. The President’s Award is a fitting tribute to her outstanding contributions.”

Swenson also highlighted Sanchez’s leadership qualities and commitment to service. “Lucille, in her role as senior director, has demonstrated extraordinary leadership and unwavering commitment to service. The Employee of the Year Award honors not only her achievements but the example she sets for her team.”

The recognition luncheon featured additional awards to celebrate the diverse talents within the company. Natilya Wilson, an ARC Coordinator, received the Top Performer Award. Tony Edington, Director of Support Services, was recognized with the Innovator of the Year Award. Other award recipients included:
