Main St. Provisions Unveils Festive Menus for Milestone Anniversary

As Main St. Provisions approaches its five-year anniversary in December 2024, the celebrated restaurant in the Las Vegas Arts District is embracing the holiday spirit with a series of exclusive dining experiences. These events are set to coincide with the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR), Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, showcasing elevated culinary offerings that reflect the establishment’s commitment to quality and community.

Special Menus for the Holiday Season

In recognition of its anniversary, Main St. Provisions is introducing a special menu designed to delight both locals and visitors. For the NFR festivities, diners can indulge in an impressive 18 oz Creekstone Ribeye, paired with confit marble potatoes and a rich Pendleton Whisky black peppercorn sauce.

On Christmas Eve, the restaurant invites guests to start their meal with a delectable French Onion Soup topped with puff pastry. The centerpiece of the evening will be a 14 oz Prime Rib, served with au jus and horseradish crème fraîche, alongside a side of Creamed Spinach featuring a perfectly poached egg.

As the year comes to a close, Main St. Provisions will offer a luxurious New Year’s Eve menu. This will begin with a Warm Shellfish Platter that includes an herb butter–crusted lobster tail, poached shrimp, crab meat au gratin, and French bread crostini. The main attraction will be a 10 oz Filet Mignon wrapped in Applewood Smoked Bacon, served with truffle whipped potatoes and a signature side of Lobster Mac & Cheese.
